06 / THE PERSON BEHIND THE WORK

Different chapters.
The same curiosity.

My story

I began in engineering, learning to understand complex systems through network planning and performance. Moving into talent management shifted my attention from infrastructure to people: how they learn, lead and build capability together. AI and digital transformation brought those perspectives closer. I worked on enterprise AI enablement, skills architecture and learning experiences, seeing how technology only becomes useful when people can put it into practice. Now, at Bayes Business School in London, I’m deepening my analytical foundations. I see this as the next chapter of the same journey — connecting technology, human capability and better business decisions.

Beyond work

Solo travel, drone photography, new countries and cultures, and the occasional adrenaline sport keep me curious. Volunteering and mentoring also matter to me, from supporting young innovators to contributing to social innovation and community initiatives.

What I’m exploring

AI adoption, business analytics, the future of work and skills-based organisations. I’m especially interested in how leadership and organisational capability turn new technology into meaningful change.
